Occasionally it may be necessary to bring in the knowledge you need from outside of your organisation.

My approach

Although every consultancy project is different, the typical framework will likely be as follows;
  • Scope and agree project plan, objectives and process with client sponsor
  • Support client sponsor in the briefing of the consultancy to stakeholders, as appropriate
  • Conduct interviews and focus groups to gather data relevant to the objectives
  • Analyse the data and construct a report that will typically define the objectives, scope, process, methodology, results, actions and recommendations
  • Feedback findings of the report to client sponsor
  • Present back to wider stakeholder group if requested
  • Follow up with client sponsor to agree action plan
  • Monitor and review progress as required
