Occasionally it may be necessary to bring in the knowledge you need from outside of your organisation.
If it's advice on an organisational development issue that you need, then I may be able to provide that knowledge and work with you to see how what I know may help your business.
So what do I mean when I say your organisational development?
Basically, I can support you in any area of your business where the linking of people development to your organisational goals would make a difference.
My approach
- Scope and agree project plan, objectives and process with client sponsor
- Support client sponsor in the briefing of the consultancy to stakeholders, as appropriate
- Conduct interviews and focus groups to gather data relevant to the objectives
- Analyse the data and construct a report that will typically define the objectives, scope, process, methodology, results, actions and recommendations
- Feedback findings of the report to client sponsor
- Present back to wider stakeholder group if requested
- Follow up with client sponsor to agree action plan
- Monitor and review progress as required
