If you have already identified your personal or business need, then it may simply be a case of finding someone who can understand your issue, and then work with you to deliver the appropriate training solution.

I don't believe in training for training's sake though, and so I will make sure that before any potential solution is created or delivered, that training really is the answer.

If it's not, then I will save you the expense.

If it is, then I will create for you something that is memorable and explicably tied to your need. And then I'll help you measure its success, something that many providers fail to do. After all, if you can't measure what I've delivered, how do we know that it's made a difference?
